Theft of money from an unsecured vehicle reported in the 100 block of Broadway.

1451:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident in the first block of Carlisle Street. An unknown vehicle struck a 2014 Nissan Quest owned by Radhames Lopez, of Spring Grove, and fled the scene.

1530:
Bradd Jacobs, age 54 of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the first block of Frederick Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1620:
Theft of a wallet reported in the 200 block of E. Chestnut Street.

1638:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident at Charles Street and E. Elm Avenue. A 2021 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Roger Groomes, of Westminster, struck a 2021 Honda Odyssey operated by Mary Good, of Hanover.

Missing person involving a 16 year old juvenile runaway reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

Charges for harassment are pending against a 52 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 700 block of Blossom Drive.
