James DiCicco, age 48, Blue Bell, PA, was arrested on charges from an incident that occurred on October 2, 2024 at 102 Radcliffe St.  He was charged with terroristic threats and harassment.  He was arraigned by the Honorable District Justice Terrence Hughes where bail was set at $75,000.00 @10%.

10:15 a.m.,1801 Wilson Ave., two juveniles cited for Borough Ordinance Violation.

11:00 a.m., 450 Beaver St., Lisa Ritchie, age 31, Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

October 17

3:35 p.m., 500 block Swain St., Troy N. Santiago, age 35, Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

Milton Noe Mayorga, age 34, Croydon, PA, was arrested on charges from September 18, 2024 on Old Rt. 13.  He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.  He will be summoned to answer said charges.  He was also wanted on a warrant out of Chester County.  He was sent to Bucks County Prison on this warrant.

11:00 a.m., 1801 Wilson Ave., two juveniles cited for Borough Ordinance Violation.

1:00 p.m., 200 block Mill St., juvenile cited for disorderly conduct.

October 30

Elyssa M. Baltazar, age 33, Levittown, PA and Maura Lynn Elam, age 30, Levittown, PA, both arrested on charges from an incident that occurred on September 7, 2024 at 101 Mill St.  They are charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment.  They will be summoned to court to answer said charges.

2:15 p.m., 600 block Race St., Gavin Stanec, age 20, Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

6:17 p.m., 200 block McKinley St., three juveniles cited for disorderly conduct.

9:35 p.m., 950 Rt. 13, Chrystal Brewington, age 43, Bristol Twp., PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

November 9

1:11 p.m., 100 block Mill St., Andrew Kletchezk, age 34, Levittown, PA, cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.
