On November 8, 2024, at approximately 12:25 P.M. a Warrington Police Officer was on patrol in the area of the 800 block of Easton Road. The officer observed two males fighting in the center of the road.

The investigation revealed James Fetscher of Warminster and Neil Maurer of Horsham participated in a road rage incident that started in the area of the Warrington Shopping Center and continued south on Easton Road. Both males exited the vehicle and began to engage in a physical altercation until police separated the two.

Both subjects were cited for harassment.  

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
