The annual Hanover Halloween Parade will be held on Thursday October 24, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. The parade route will start on Baltimore St. at O'Neill Ave and travel north to Stock St in Hanover Borough.

The staging area will be in Penn Township. NO PARKING signs will be placed on the parade route and staging area. The following streets will be posted no parking: Baltimore St., Baer Ave., East Granger St, West Granger St., Heights Ave, John St., McAllister St., O'Neill Ave, Peter St., Wayne Ave., Ann St., and Wirt Ave.

Residents living in the specified areas are asked to have their vehicles moved by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday October 24, 2024. Vehicles that have not been moved by the designated time will be ticketed and towed.

At 5:00 p.m., the roads in the staging area will be closed. At 7:00 p.m., the detour will go into effect on Baltimore St. and all traffic will be prohibited from entering the parade route.
