On October 7, 2024 at approximately 6:19 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to 2379 River Rd, Conoy Township, for a domestic dispute.  Victim reported to police that she was assaulted by Timothy FRAWLEY and there was visible injuries on the victim.  FRAWLEY was arrested for simple assault and transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.  FRAWLEY is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
