Renovo Police have charged 30 year old Felisha Kelley, of Renovo, with burglary, criminal trespass, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, and evading arrest or detention on foot. Three of the four charges are felonies, with the latter a misdemeanor. On 09/16/24, Kelley fled a police officer from being arrested on another felony warrant for burglary and theft. During Kelley's flight, she entered another persons residence by way of rooftop and through a window to get away.
Renovo Police currently hold an active felony warrant for Kelley for this incident and for the prior incident. Anyone who sees Kelley or knows her whereabouts, is asked to call 911 immediately. ********************UPDATE******************** On 10/10/24, Lock Haven Police arrested Kelley in the City of Lock Haven. Kelley was arraigned by District Judge Keith Kibler and committed to Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail. (there was also another $25,000 bail on a 2nd case that Kelley has with RPD)
