08/06/24 – DEFIANT TRESPASS, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 375 W. Court Street (CB West), Doylestown Borough – A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offenses after tagging several areas of the property with graffiti. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.
08/07/24 – DRUG VIOLATION & FALSE IDENTIFICATION, 77 W. Butler Avenue, Chalfont – Kayla E. Lombardo, F/25 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for expired registration. Lombardo, passenger in the vehicle, presented slumped in the seat with a shirt pulled over her head. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were scattered about the vehicle. Lombardo refused to properly identify herself. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
08/09/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, Court & Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – John Dennis Beckman, M/60 of New Hope, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers responded to a report of a man lying in the middle of Court Street. Beckman presented as intoxicated and Central Bucks EMS responded for medical assistance. A Citation has been issued.
08/11/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Patrick John Coughlin, M/24 of Perkasie, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers responded to a report of a subject passed out in shrubbery. Coughlin presented with a strong odor of alcohol. A Citation has been issued.
08/11/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, S. Hamilton Street, Doylestown Borough – Brandon Coffman, M/23 of Abington, PA, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
08/11/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, North Street, Doylestown Borough – Miguel Xum Guarchaj, M/32 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop on the bicyclist who was swerving the entire length of the roadway, hitting a curb and falling. Guarchaj presented with glassy bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, unsteady gait and strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were not able to be conducted, and Guarchaj was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
08/16/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Dana Valentine Johnson, F/25 of Hatboro, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for lights not being illuminated during the required time. Johnson presented with a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were unable to be completed, and Johnson was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
08/16/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, E. State & Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – Robert John Kienzle, Jr., M/49 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after officers observed Kienzle standing and yelling in the roadway. He then proceeded to down an alleyway with unsteady gait and ignoring police commands to stop. Police took Kienzle into custody for his own safety. Kienzle was argumentative and presented with a strong odor of alcohol, heavily slurred speech and disheveled clothing. A Citation has been filed.
08/17/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT & PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Joel Campos, M/21 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offenses when police responded to an altercation with Campos and bouncers from Moms. Earlier in the evening, Campos was told to leave the establishment for being too intoxicated. Campos later climbed the fire escape and entered the bar through a window on the second floor. The altercation took place when Campos was escorted outside the bar. Citations have been filed.
08/17/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Patrick Cakolli, M/24 of Jamison, PA, was cited for the above offense following police response to a subject vomiting on the ground at the Wawa gas station. Cakolli presented with slurred speech, a strong odor of alcohol and difficulties keeping balance. A Citation has been filed.
08/21/24 – DRUG VIOLATIONS & DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED, Butler Ave & N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough – Shawn Hyman, M/40 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above and other offenses following a traffic stop for failure to stop at a steady red signal. Based on the marijuana odor emanating from the vehicle, Hyman stated marijuana was in his backpack and gave it to police. Hyman did not have a valid vehicle registration/insurance and his driver’s license was suspended. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
08/23/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS & DISORDERLY CONDUCT, E. Ashland & Pine Streets, Doylestown Borough – Eric Chris Treanor, M/54 of Warrington, PA, was cited for the above offenses when police responded to a well-being check of a subject sleeping on a park bench. Citations have been filed.
08/24/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Gabrielle Corrado, F/23 of Lansdale, PA, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
08/24/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Andrew Casale, M/24 of New Britain, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on doors in a residential area and not knowing where he was. A Citation has been filed.
08/25/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Alexandria Hause, F/21 of Holland, PA, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
08/25/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Glen Briggs, M/63 of Perkasie, PA, was cited for the above offense when police responded for a well-being check. Briggs was found sitting on the ground unable to locate his vehicle. Briggs presented with signs of intoxication and stated he had been drinking. A Citation has been filed.
08/28/24 – DRUG VIOLATIONS & FALSE REPORT, Walnut Lane, Doylestown Borough - James William Harding, M/45 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses when police responded to Harding’s 911 call for burglary in process. Upon arrival, it was determined there was no burglary and Harding’s behavior was consistent with illegal drug use. Illegal substance and drug paraphernalia were found in plain sight. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
08/28/24 – HARRASSMENT BY COMMUNICATION, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough - Nicole Connolly, F/36 of Philadelphia, PA was cited with two counts of harassment for unwanted and persistent communications. Police instructed Connolly in March 2023 to stop contacting the victim. In July and again in August, Connolly continued to contact the victim. Citations have been filed.
08/31/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Anthony P. Peleckis, M/72 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following police response to well-being check of individual laying on the sidewalk. Peleckis presented with a strong odor of alcohol. Central Bucks EMS responded for medical attention. A Citation has been filed.
09/01/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Union Street, Doylestown Borough – Lisa A. Sauter, F/51 of Horsham, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a three-vehicle accident. Sauter presented with glassy bloodshot eyes and stated she didn’t know what happened. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed, and illegal drug paraphernalia found in the vehicle. Sauter was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw which was refused. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
09/05/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, E. Ashland & E. State Streets, Doylestown Borough – Alyssa J. Patterson, F/36 of Stockton, NJ, was charged with the above offense following officer observation of Patterson striking a parked vehicle. Patterson presented with unsteady gait and a strong odor of alcohol. Filed sobriety tests were conducted and failed. Legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
09/06/24 - AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT & DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Two female juveniles (13-year-old and 14-year-old), were charged with the above offenses following an unprovoked assault. One offender grabbed the victim’s hair and pulled the victim to the ground. A few minutes later, the second offender grabbed the victim by the shoulders and threw the victim to the ground causing abrasions and head injuries. Juvenile Allegations have been filed.
09/07/24 – DRUG VIOLATION, W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough - Richard Dean Barnett, M/21 of New Britain, PA, was charged with the above offense when officers noticed a male on the playground of Pine Run Elementary School during the evening hours when prohibited. Barnett presented with a strong odor of marijuana and provided the drugs from his backpack to the officers. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
09/08/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Alfredo Tzaj, M/26 of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with the above offense when police responded to a disabled vehicle due to a one-car accident. Tzaj presented with an odor of alcohol, slurred speech and glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
09/09/24 – RETAIL THEFT & RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – Kevin Alfredo Maldonado, M/33 of Woonsocket, RI, was charged with the above offenses for stealing a cell phone from Target. Maldonado fled the store and boarded a Septa bus headed northbound. Doylestown Township Police assisted CBRPD by conducting a traffic stop on the Septa bus near the Barn Plaza on Route 611. Maldonado was located on the bus, positive identification obtained and taken into custody. Madonado was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $10,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
09/16/24 – WEAPONS CHARGES, 143 E. Butler Avenue (Bunker Gun Shop II), Chalfont Borough – An arrest warrant has been issued for Joshua Daniel Mantei, M/47 of East Norriton, PA, for attempting to purchase a firearm while prohibited.
09/17/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT & HARASSMENT, 94 Union Street (Bucks County Parking Garage), Doylestown Borough – Tina Marie Dale, F/38 of Bristol, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a physical altercation. When Dale attempted to verbally engage with the victim (known to Dale) and the victim did not respond, Dale grabbed the victim by their shirt in the neck area ripping the shirt. Dale proceeded to strike the victim two times. Dale was taken into custody, arraigned and released on $25,000 bail unsecured with conditions.
09/20/24 – RETAIL THEFT & RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – Jeren V. Hughes, M/37 of Pipersville, PA, was charged with the above offenses. Hughes stole a laptop from the store on 09/05/24. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
09/21/24 – LIQUOR LAW VIOLATION, S. Main & W. State Streets, Doylestown Borough – A 17-year-old male juvenile was charged for presenting a false identification card to gain access to a bar. A Juvenile Complaint has been filed.
09/22/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Danielle Marie Schott, F/22 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police officer observation of Schott verbally engaging with a group across Main Street. Schott proceeding to cross the street and strike three individuals causing them to fall to the ground. Schott was taken into custody and remanded to Bucks County Prison on a probation detainer. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
09/28/24 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough - Jacqueline Sue Strohm, F/43 of Perkasie, PA, was cited for walking with an open container of alcoholic beverage. A Citation has been filed.
09/29/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Samuel Chul Lee, M/43 of Lansdale, PA, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been issued.
09/29/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – John Charles Thomas, M/23 of Wilmington, DE, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.
