Martin, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and obstructing the administration of law after police made contact with him on April 28 at 2:56 p.m. on W. Main Street.
