Tina Marie Dale, F/38 of Bristol, PA, was arrested for Simple Assault and Harassment on September 17, 2024 following an altercation at the Bucks County Parking Garage on Union Street in Doylestown Borough. Dale attempted to verbally engage with the victim (known to Dale). When the victim did not respond, Dale grabbed the victim by their shirt in the neck area ripping the shirt and then struck the victim two times. The victim sustained redness/swelling to the face and scratches on the neck and back. Dale was taken into custody, arraigned and released on $25,000 bail unsecured with conditions. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
