On July 19th, 2024, the Nazareth Borough Police Department conducted a DUI checkpoint as part of Lehigh Townships Regional DUI Enforcement Program. While conducting systematic checks of vehicles, an officer observed this male to display signs of impairment and observed a controlled substance in plain view within the vehicle. Upon completion of the DUI investigation, this male was taken into custody for a legal blood draw. After a blood draw was obtained, this male was released from custody. After receiving the blood results, charges were filed.
