On July 19th, 2024, the Nazareth Borough Police Department conducted a DUI Checkpoint as part of Lehigh Townships Regional DUI Enforcement Program. While systematically inspecting vehicle's for impaired drivers, an officer was speaking with this male when he determined probable cause existed a controlled substance was within the vehicle, the officer also observed the vehicle inspection to be expired. Upon searching the vehicle, officers located a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. This male was charged for the offenses.
