On 06-27-16 the Steelton Police started an investigation into two checks being stolen from a victim and cashed at local M&T banks totaling $1300.00. Officers were able to identify Joshua Marsh as the suspect who did steal the checks and he split the cashed checks with his co-conspirator Alexander Cumba Castillo. Mr. Marsh was arrested for receiving stolen property and Alexander Cumba Castillo was arrested for access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, forgery and theft by deception. Both Mr. Marsh and Mr. Cumba Castillo were taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
