On July 26th, 2024, at approximately 1740 hours, the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department, was dispatched to the area of State Route 934 and Forney Lane for a report of a Disabled Vehicle. It was determined that the driver, Natalia Garcia of Reading, PA, was driving on a suspended license. As a result of the investigation into the incident, the following charges were filed with District Judge Ditzler's Office on August 1st, 2024; Open Lewdness (Misdemeanor 3), Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor 3), Two Counts of Harassment (Summary), a single count of Driving while Suspended (Summary).
