On 6/29/2024 at 1021 hours, Western Lebanon County Regional Police were dispatched to the 400 block of West Queen Street in Annville for reports of a burglary in progress.  Police arrived on scene but the suspect fled the area.  After the investigation, the suspect was identified as David Marquez. 

On 7/2/2024, Marquez was arrested and charged with Burglary (F1), Criminal Trespass (F2), Criminal Mischief (S), and Harassment (S).  He was placed into LCCF on $10,000 secured bond.
