At approximately 1:31 am on June 16th, 2024, Officer LoPiccolo conducted a vehicle stop on N. Main Street in the Town of Vestal for numerous Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. During the investigation, Jack. E. Eroshevich of Binghamton was found to be in possession of a loaded 9MM Glock G34 handgun. Officers also located additional ammunition in the trunk of the vehicle along with a switch blade knife from the floor of the driver's seat area, brass knuckles, methamphetamine, ecstasy pills, a scale and packaging. Eroshevich was arraigned in the Town of Vestal Court on 7/2/2024 and released to pre-trial supervision.
