On June 7th, 2024, at approximately 1406 hours, officers were dispatched to Forest Dr @ W. North St. for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. After an officer arrived on scene and spoke with this male who was uninjured, the officer detected the strong odor of an alcohol beverage, and other signs of alcohol intoxication. Upon conclusion of the accident and DUI investigation, it was determined this male was driving under the influence, and drove over the center of the highway into the other lane, colliding with another vehicle head on. This male was taken into custody, and a legal blood draw was obtained. After the blood results were received, this male was charged for the offenses.
