Shepard, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance; and one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and turning movements and required signals after a traffic stop was conducted on May 3 at 2:16 a.m. on N. Potomac Street at W. King Street.
