On 6/21/16, Enrique Luis VELEZ, age 35, of Lancaster City, was arrested for felony Retail Theft after he ran out of the Coach Factory store in Tanger Outlets with two stolen Coach purses valued at $900.    VELEZ was apprehended by PA State Police Trooper that was in the area.   VELEZ was found to be in possession of unauthorized prescription medication and brass knuckles.   VELEZ was charged with Retail Theft  (F-3), Possession of a Prohibited Offensive Weapon (M-1), and Possession of a Controlled Substance (M) by ELTPD Officer Jennifer Leya, and was committed to Lancaster Co. Prison.
