On April 25th, 2024, at approximately 2013 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of Pizza Joes located at 529 S. Main Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who stated during a road rage incident, this male threatened to shoot him and reached toward his waistband. After the threat was made, the victim reports this male parked his vehicle in front of his vehicle. After this male parked his vehicle in front of the victims vehicle, the victim reported this male exiting his vehicle, chest bumped him and his wife, then punching him in the face. The incident was supported by witnesses in the area who observed the altercation take place. Officers applied for an arrest warrant for this male for terroristic threats and other related charges. The arrest warrant was approved, the Nazareth Borough Police Department proceeded to this males residence with the active arrest warrant, and took this male into custody. This male was then transported to the Northampton County Prison.
