BURGLARY

1ST BLK HOLLY LN

OCCURRED 6/3/2016 0142 HRS

An unknown suspect(s) gained entry to victim’s two vehicles and went through the glove compartments and consoles. The suspect(s) also gained entry to the garage and went through a dresser that was in the garage. It appeared nothing was taken. 

THEFT

400 BLK N QUEEN ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 5/28/2016 1800 HRS AND 05/30/2016 1100 HRS

An unknown person(s) entered the property at the location and stole a Honda pressure washer which was stored underneath a fire escape to the rear of the property and Dewalt Cordless Drill  which was stored in the basement stairwell of the residence.

200 BLK E MARION ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 06/02/2016 2200  HRS AND 06/03/2016 1500 HRS

Unknown suspect(s) took an 18 – 20 inch white flower pot with flowers in it between the above listed dates and times. The pot was sitting on the front steps of residence at location. 

AUTO THEFT

1200 BLK MARSHALL AVE

OCCURRED BETWEEN  5/6/2016 AND 5/13/2016

Marlin William Straub IV, 34, of the first block West State Street, Quarryville, Pa was arrested when he did not return the silver 2016 Mazda which he had rented.  Straub was charge with the Theft of Leased Property.

RETAIL THEFT

1135 PARK CITY CENTER / KOHLS DEPARTMENT STORE

OCCURRED 6/3/2016 1603 HRS

Braxton Lamar Milburn, 18, of the 1st block West Strawberry Street, Lancaster, PA and a 17-year-old male entered the location together. The juvenile and Milburn each selected merchandise and concealed the items . The two passed all points of sale and exited the store without paying for the items. Both suspects were arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

200 BLK W KING ST

OCCURRED 6/3/2016 1803 HRS

Victim reported that when he returned home he discovered that $300.00 in US currency was missing from his room.

800 BLK E MADISON ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 5/29/2016 2000 HRS AND 5/31/2016 1000 HRS

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s Smith and Wesson handgun from his residence. 

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE

1ST BLK  E FARNUM STREET

OCCURRED 6/4/2016 0000 HRS

A grey 2010 Mazda 5 SW  which had been reported stolen on 5/28/2016 was located at the listed location.    

ASSAULT

900 BLK HARRISBURG AVE

OCCURRED 6/4/2016 0130 HRS

Victim reported that he had picked up Matthew David Stoltzfus, 32, of the 800 blk St Joseph Street, Lancaster PA and an unknown female with his cab. Stoltzfus became involved in a escalating argument with the female. Stoltzfus began banging on the vehicles windows. The victim got out of the vehicle at the location. Stoltzfus also exited the vehicle and struck the victim in the head knocking him to the ground causing injury to the victim’s knee.  As the victim attempted to stand Stoltzfus again stuck the victim in the head at which time the female fled on foot heading East on Harrisburg Avenue. Stoltzfus was also found to be under the influence. Stoltzfus was arrested and charged with Simple Assautl and Public Drunkenness. 

AUTO THEFT

500 BLK LAUREL ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/1/2016 1930 HRS AND 6/4/2016 0225 HRS

A black 2006 BMW X3 was reported stolen but was later recovered on 6/4/2016 0150 hours in the 700 block E King Street. The vehicle had sustained fire damage.

600 BLK N PINE ST

OCCURRED 6/4/2016 BETWEEN 0030 HRS AND 1045 HRS

Unknown suspect(s) entered victim’s vehicle and stole a USB Cable, cash and five pairs of sunglasses with cases.

OCCURRED 6/3/2016 BETWEEN 1230 HRS AND 1300 HRS. 

The reporting person stated that he left his backpack unattended while he was at the listed location and when he returned the backpack and its contents were gone.

34 N WATER ST / LANCASTER GALLERIES

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/3/2016 2200 HRS AND 6/4/2016 1000 HRS

Unknown suspect(s) stole various style of flowers from the flower pots from in front of Lancaster Galleries.

300 BLK RUBY ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/2/2016 AND 06/04/2016

An unknown suspect(s) entered the back yard of residence at location and stole victim’s Honda lawn mower.

ASSAULT

W WALNUT ST / N MARY ST

OCCURRED 6/4/2016 2257 HRS

The victim was crossing an intersection at the location when a grey sedan pulled up and beeped at him. The driver of the vehicle, a black male, 6 ‘ tall, slim build and light complected began yelling and swearing at the victim. The suspect got out of his vehicle and punched the victim in the mouth and returned to the vehicle and drove away driving north on N. Mary St.

100 BLK W STRAWBERRY ST

OCCURRED 6/5/2016 2124 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that he and an Hispanic male, unknown name were drinking inside the location when the male punched the victim one time on the side of the face causing swelling. 

TERRORISTIC THREATS

400 BLK NEVIN ST

OCCURRED 6/6/2016 0910 HRS

Colleen Cabry, 46, 400 block Long Meadow Rd, Lancaster, PA threatened to have someone punch the victim in the stomach. Cabry was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats.

600 BLK E FREDERICK ST

OCCURRED 6/6/2016 BETWEEN 0300 HRS AND 0400 HRS

Victim stated that he was at a party at a friend’s house and was playing video games.  When he went to leave his ipod was missing. 

THEFT

210 W KING ST / MCDONALDS

OCCURRED 6/6/2016 1600 HRS

Reporting person stated that while using the restroom at the location she left her purse on the sink.  When she returned the purse was no longer there.
