ARRESTS
03/01/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Bartholomew Faherty, M/36 of Morrisville, PA, was cited for the above offense following police response for a highly intoxicated subject causing a disturbance. A Citation has been filed.
03/03/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Darius Isaiah Nichols, M/22 of Philadelphia, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
03/03/24 – DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, E. State & Main Streets, Doylestown Borough – Nicholas A. Saturno, M/24 of Southampton, PA, was arrested for the above charge following a traffic stop for taillights not being illuminated during a time of day when required. Saturno presented with an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Field sobriety tests were failed, and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
03/09/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Anthony Cammoroto, M/ 21 of Furlong, PA, was cited for the above offense after police observed an intoxicated Cammoroto stumbling into the roadway and onto the sidewalk. A Citation has been filed.
03/09/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – In three separate incidents, the following individuals were cited for public urination: Anthony Cammoroto, M/21 of Furlong, PA; Patrick Cakolli, M/23 of Jamison, PA; and Aniello Palino, M/22 of Newtown, PA. Citations have been filed.
03/11/24 - CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 700 E. Butler Ave (Del Val University), New Britain Borough – Lexan Julianni Coleman, M/22 of Windmere, FL, was charged with the above offenses stemming from an incident that took place on 02/28/24. Coleman met with the victim in the parking lot to retrieve his belongings. A verbal altercation ensued ending in Coleman smashing the windshield of the victim’s vehicle. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
03/11/24 – STRANGULATION, SIMPLE ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, Oak Drive, New Britain Borough – David Robert Conway, M/57 of New Britain, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response. Conway escalated a verbal altercation to physical contact with the victim leaving visible marks. Conway was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $20,000, and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
03/13/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT & HARASSMENT, Mary Street, Doylestown Borough – Police were dispatched to a physical altercation at a residence on 03/03/24 involving two females. Theresa Giancola, F/61 of Lansdale, PA, engaged in a physical altercation that led to Giancola biting the victim on the shoulder. An arrest warrant was issued for Giancola who turned herself into police on 03/13/24. Giancola was arraigned, bail set at $15,000 unsecured with conditions and released.
03/16/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, N. Main & Doyle Streets, Doylestown Borough – Bryant Malcolm Nix, M/30 of Sellersville, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving and non-illuminated brake light. Nix presented with bloodshot glassy eyes and odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were failed, and subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
03/16/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Anthony P. Peleckis, M/71 of Doylestown, PA, was cited following a well-being check for a male subject slumped over on a bench outside of a liquor establishment. A Citation has been filed.
03/16/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Christopher J. DiGrazia, M/22 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
03/20/24 – THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, RETAIL THEFT, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough - Antoine S. Smith, M/37 of Trenton, NJ was charged with the above offenses after stealing a wallet and keys from a kiosk on 01/24/24. Smith placed the stolen items in his backpack along with unpaid drink and food. Smith was arraigned on these charges from Bucks County Prison where he remains detained on other charges.
03/21/24 – INSTITUTIONAL VANDALISM, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, DUI, N. Broad Street, Doylestown Borough – Anthony S. Locchetto, M/36 with no fixed abode, was charged with the above offenses following a well-being check for a subject who crashed into a pole while riding a bicycle. Locchetto showed signs of intoxication including unsteady gait, slurred speech and strong odor of alcohol. Locchetto was taken into custody for his protection. While in custody, Locchetto became violent, belligerent, and destructive in the holding cell. Locchetto was arraigned, bail set at $100 in addition to sobriety and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
03/22/24 – RETAIL THEFT, 200 W. State Street (Simply Fresh), Doylestown Borough – Emelia Landolfo, F/41 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense after police responded for a theft in progress. A Citation has been filed.
03/24/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Kyle Richard Dunigan, M/21 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
03/27/24 – CRIMINAL TRESPASS, 191 S. Clinton Street (The Laundry Room), Doylestown Borough – Jesse Daniel Baum, M/34 with no fixed abode, was arrested after being found sleeping in the closed establishment. Baum had been previously informed, prior incidents in December 2023, not to return to the Laundry Room. Baum was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $25,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
03/28/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough – Natalie Jasmine Harris, F/29 of Furlong, PA, was cited for the above offense following officer response for well being check. Harris was lying on the ground and presented with slurred and incoherent speech and strong odor of alcohol. Harris was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. A Citation has been filed.
03/29/24 – RETAIL THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Logan Christopher Burns, M/19 of Galloway, NJ, was cited for the above offense following police observation of Burns checking out and not paying for all items. A Citation has been issued.

03/01/24 – THEFT, Blue Jay Road, Chalfont Borough - Unknown person(s) stole a Jasion EB5 electric bike, valued at approximately $300, from the rear porch of a residence.
03/07/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO RESIDENCE, W. Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough – Uknown person(s) egged a residence covering the front porch, door, and mailbox.
03/09/24 – CRIMINAL TRESPASS, W. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Unknown male subject entered unlocked home, had a snack, and spoke to homeowner. Subject left upon request and prior to police arrival.
03/09/24 – MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT, W. Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough – Uknown person(s) stole an unlocked 2016 Toyota Corolla from a resident’s driveway.
03/09/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO AUTO, W. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) damaged vehicle paint while attempting to access vehicle.
03/15/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO PUBLIC BUILDING – State & West Streets, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) made graffiti markings on the pedestrian traffic signal box.
03/15/24 – THEFT, 5 S. Main Street (Bella’s Boutique), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole women’s pants hanging on clothing rack outside of the store.
03/29/24 – THEFT FROM VEHICLE, 442 N. Main Street (Planet Fitness), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a Coach backpack, valued at $450, and approximately $250 in cash from vehicle parked in lot.
03/30/24 – THEFT FROM VEHICLE, Hillside Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole gasoline from a vehicle parked in yard of residence.
