0812:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two men was reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

1036:
Suspicious vehicle reported parked in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was located and checked out okay.

1100:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument that had occurred between several subjects was reported in the 400 block of Locust Street.

1700:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street. A 2023 Chevrolet Bolt operated by Sara Destephano, of Hanover, struck a 2008 Ford Ranger operated by Brian Mora-Parral, of Hanover. 

1801:
Chandler Wetzel, age 27 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1802:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Frederick and N. Franklin Streets. An unknown vehicle struck a pedalcycle operated by Ron Steinour, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

1834:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Baltimore Street where shingles on a shed were damaged.

1953:
Domonique Elliott, age 29 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1955:
Domestic argument that had occurred between a father and daughter was reported in the 300 block of High Street.
