No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of Carlisle Street. A 2023 Freightliner truck tractor and trailer operated by Ali Altunbulak, of Dayton, OH, struck a tree owned by the Hanover Borough Shade Tree Commission.

1826:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 100 block of Third Street.

1837:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several juveniles was reported in the 300 block of Doss Alley.

1936:
Rusbel Rodriguez-Insaurrido, age 34 of Lancaster, PA, was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 100 block of York Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2011:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two women was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2045:
Domestic argument occurring between two siblings was reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

2115:
Disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges are pending against a 23 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 20 year old Hanover woman stemming from the same incident.

2218:
Charges for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property are pending against a 34 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2324:
Disturbance involving several disorderly juveniles was reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.
