ARRESTS
02/01/24 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Jahzair Anderson-Maxey, M/19 of Doylestown, PA; and Mackenzie Nathan Buckner, M/18 of New Britain, PA were cited for the above offense when police detected an odor or marijuana coming from the parked occupied vehicle. Citations have been filed.
02/02/24 – UNDERAGE DRINKING AND PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 458 E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough – Brayden Charles Hearn, M/18 of Laurel, DE was cited for the above offenses following officer response to a suspicious subject. Hearn presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage, unsteady gait, and slurred speech. Citations have been filed.
02/04/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 565 N. Main Street (EZ Laundry), Doylestown Borough – Mark Jaymes Albertelli, M/41 of Chalfont, PA following police response for a disorderly person trying to engage in a fight with others. Albertelli presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage, slurred speech, and unsteady gait. A Citation has been filed.
02/04/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 12 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Ryan Francis Kelly, M/26 of Chalfont, PA, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
02/04/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT-FIGHTING, 37 N. Main Street (MOMS), Doylestown Borough – Sarwar Ahmed, M/30; Tyler Cher, M/30; and Mohammed Gani, M/27, all of Lansdale, PA were cited for the above offense following officer response to a fight.
02/04/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, W. Butler Avenue and Bristol Road, New Britain Borough – Akshatkumar Bhavinkumar Patel, M/ 29, of Hatfield, PA, was arrested for DUI and other charges following police response for a well being check on a disabled vehicle. Patel’s vehicle was 50+ feet off the roadway and stuck on the railroad tracks. Trains were temporarily suspended. Patel presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage, slurred speech, and bloodshot glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered with subsequent legal blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/04/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT-FIGHTING, N. Main and State Streets, Doylestown Borough – Liam Joseph McCafferty, M/22, of Philadelphia, PA, was cited following police response to a physical altercation breaking out amongst a small crowd. Police observed McCafferty punch another person. A Citation has been filed.
02/09/24 – RETAIL THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Joseph A. Giasone, M/73 of Furlong, PA was arrested for the above offense following officer response to a theft report. Giasone was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $5,000 unsecured. Giasone was remanded to Bucks County Prison on other outstanding charges.
02/09/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Doyle and N. Broad Streets, Doylestown Borough – Richard P. Suozzo, M/65, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for DUI and other charges following police response to a one-vehicle accident into a PECO pole on 01/21/24. Suozzo was transported for medical evaluation and legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/10/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Butler Avenue and Iron Hill Road, New Britain Borough – Zane Michael Regan, M/23, of Warminster, PA, was arrested for DUI and traffic offenses following a traffic stop for erratic driving. Regan presented with glassy eyes, unsteady gait, and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were administered with subsequent legal blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/10/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 37 N. Main Street (Mom’s Bar), Doylestown Borough – Mark Sivel, M/47, of Doylestown, PA was cited following police response to an intoxicated subject causing a disturbance. A Citation has been filed.
02/11/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Main Street and Hart Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Brian David Katz, M/73, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for DUI and other charges following a traffic stop for erratic driving. Katz presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/14/24 – FRAUD, 80 W. State Street (Pen Tap Room), Doylestown Borough – Michael Phillip Martelli, M/31, of Doylestown, PA was arrested for Deceptive Business Practices. Martelli, the owner of Martelli’s Construction Company, entered into a contract with the owner of Penn Tap Room on 02/23/23 to replace windows. At that time, a deposit was given in the amount of $9,688. As of 02/08/24, no work had been completed and attempts to reach Martelli failed. Martelli was arraigned, bail set at $10,000 unsecured and released.
02/20/24 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION, 100 block of Doyle Street, Doylestown Borough – Joes Antonio Ordonez-Carrion, M/42, of Doylestown, was cited for allowing his large dog to repeatedly run through the neighborhood unleashed. A Citation has been filed.
02/22/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT HAZARDOUS/PHYSICALLY OFFENSIVE, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets), Doylestown Borough - Paul Michael Fanelli, M/71, of Perkasie, PA, was cited following an escalating verbal altercation in the parking lot with another parked vehicle occupant on 02/08/24.
02/24/24 – DEFIANT TRESPASS, 194 W. Butler Avenue (Shell Gas Station), New Britain Borough – Michael Williams-Moore, M/27 with no fixed abode, was arrested following police response for an unwanted subject. Williams-Moore was warned by police the previous night to not return. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
02/25/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Patrick Fleisch, M/24, of Warrington, PA, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.
02/25/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUCENCE, W. Butler Avenue and Bristol Road, New Britain Borough – Margaret Alice Austin, F/71, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for DUI and other charges following police response to a vehicle on the railroad tracks. Trains were temporarily suspended. Austin presented with a strong odor of alcohol. Chal-Brit Ambulance responded for medical evaluation and transport to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Citation has been filed.

02/06/24 – THEFT, 375 W. Court Street (CB West), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a wallet from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot.
02/09/24 – THEFT, 200 block of Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person stole an Amazon package from resident’s porch.
02/15/24 – THEFT, 100 block of W. Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole registration plate from vehicle.
02/19/24 – THEFT, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person stole products from the store.
