December 18th, 2023, Lower Chichester Police Department, was dispatched to the area of Huddle Avenue and Chichester Avenue for the report of a stabbing.  Arriving Officers located an injured female suffering from a stab wound to the neck in the front lawn of a residence on the 1600 block of Huddle Avenue.

Through further investigation, it was learned that the suspect/defendant, identified as Anthony Mguidich was on the second story porch roof holding a silver knife.  This individual was believed to have attacked the victim with the knife, and also believed to have pushed the injured and defenseless victim from the roof, with her near lifeless body falling to the lawn below.

Lower Chichester Township Police Department, did take the subject into custody with the assistance of Delaware County ERT, as well as other assisting agencies.
