On January 28th, 2024, officers were dispatched to an address in the Nazareth Borough for a reported male yelling and was banging on doors in the apartment building. Upon arrival, officers located this male in a stairwell and observed the strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from this male along with other signs of intoxication related to alcohol. Officers attempted to take the male out of the building, the male refused and was forced out of the building by responding officers. This male was transported to the hospital, and subsequently charged.
