Incidents:

Theft from vehicles – Between January 26, 2024, at 9:00pm and January 28, 2024, at 11:00am, three different vehicles were entered in the 600 and 700 blocks of E. Bald Eagle St. Multiple items and cash were stolen from the vehicles.

Offenses Charged:

1. Samatha Levinson, 35, Lock Haven, was arrested for Theft. On January 12, 2024, at approximately 8:30pm, Levinson took a Samsung phone from a residence in the 100 block of Wert Ln. The phone was valued at $1000.
2. A 14-year-old female and a 15-year-old female were cited with Disorderly Conduct. On January 13, 2024, at approximately 6:00pm, the two juveniles were engaged in a fight at the Tiger’s Den Park.
3. Dominick Fisher, 18, Lock Haven, Cameron Yost, 18, Mill Hall, and a 15-year-male, Lock Haven, were arrested for Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime, Disorderly Conduct and Simple Trespass. On January 22, 2024, between 11:25pm and 11:45pm, the three males were loitering around and inside of 5 W. Main St, pounding on different apartment doors.
4. Aften Vinson, 38, Lock Haven, was cited with a violation of Lock Haven City Ordinance for Curfews. Vinson allowed her 15-year-old son out after curfew after previously receiving a curfew warning for this.
