At approximately 0901 hours, on January 8, 2024, Palmyra Police initiated a traffic stop of a dark blue in color, Mitsubishi Outlander in the 1st block of South Chestnut Street, Palmyra, PA, 17078.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Heather J. Martin.  Martin was found to have an active Bench Warrant out of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department for Failure to Appear, with the original charge being Bad Checks (Misdemeanor 1).  The warrant was verified and Martin was taken into custody.  Martin was taken to Lebanon County Central Booking on the warrant.   Additionally, Martin was cited with Driving While Suspended (Summary).
