On December 12th, 2023, the Nazareth Borough Police Department was informed this male has an active arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Nazareth Borough Police Department received information this male may be coming to the Nazareth area. Nazareth Borough Police Department and Northampton County Drug Task Force units were in the area of the Nazareth Diner when they located the vehicle this male is known to drive and observed this male within the vehicle. Police and task force units moved in on the vehicle and took this male into custody. This male informed police drugs were in the vehicle, officers located 28 grams of methamphetamine and 3 grams of fentanyl, the male admitted the contraband was for the purpose of selling. The male was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison for his active warrant. The Nazareth Borough Police Department later obtained an arrest warrant for this male for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and additional charges. This male was arraigned for the charges out of the Nazareth Borough Police Department and given 10% of $75,000 monetary bail.
