On November 12, 2023 at approximately 8:58 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to 403 E Market St., Marietta Borough, for a report of a motor vehicle accident.  It was reported that the driver of the vehicle had struck a parked vehicle.  The driver was identified as Luke GRADY and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  GRADY was arrested for DUI and several other charges and is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
