On April 18, 2023 the Oxford Police were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 100 Blk South Fifth Street.  While enroute to the residence, Officers were advised that the male actor, Devin Rodriguez, 33, of Avondale, was intoxicated and left the residence in a black Acura sedan.  Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with Rodriguez who showed multiple signs of intoxication and had an strong odor of alcohol.  After further investigation, Rodriguez was placed into custody for DUI and transported to PSP Avondale Barracks for chemical testing.  Officers than transported Rodriguez to the home of a family member.

On December 12, 2023 a preliminary hearing was held at the Oxford District were the charges were waived by Rodriguez to the Court of Common Pleas.
