ELTPD stopped Zachary Shaun SMITH, age 39, of Chicago, for a minor traffic violation on Lincoln Highway East.    SMITH was discovered to be wanted out of Illinois for a parole violation on the charge of Homicide.     SMITH was currently staying at a hotel on Lincoln Highway East.   SMITH was charged with Fugitive From Justice by Det Sgt Brian Cloonan and was committed to Lancaster Co. Prison pending extradition.
