No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Centennial Avenue and W. Walnut Street.  A 2018 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Gavin Johnson, of Lizella, GA, struck a 2023 Nissan Sentra operated by Mindy Rang, of Hanover.

No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle Street and Dart Drive.  A 2002 Honda Civic operated by Jose Guerrero-Rivera, of New Oxford, struck a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Thomas Dempsey, of Hanover.

Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 200 block of N. Railroad Street where an unknown subject had been loitering on private property on an earlier date.

0900:
Suspicious female subject reported loitering in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was not located.

1050:
Fraud involving a social media scam was reported in the 500 block of Carlisle Street.

1153:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where prosecution was declined.

1349:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the area of George Street and E. Elm Avenue.

1424:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 400 block of Baltimore Street.  An unknown make vehicle struck a parked 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 owned by Ryan Poole, of Hanover, and fled the scene.
1455:
Mark Christine, age 45 of no fixed address, was arrested for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1514:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of Baltimore Street.  An unknown make vehicle struck a 2107 Jeep Liberty operated by Lisa Hughes, of Hanover, and fled the scene. 

1930:
Burglary was reported at a residence in the first block of Orchard Street where money, electronics and cosmetics were taken.

2143:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

2220:
Domestic argument occurring between two brothers was reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

2238:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the 200 block of Fleming Avenue was not located.

Saturday, November 18, 2023;

0810:
Suspicious vehicle reported parked in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was gone from the area before police arrived.

1341:
Moderate injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle and Frederick Streets.  A 2007 Peterbilt truck operated by Shawn Palmer, of Littlestown, struck Kody Young, of Hanover.

1345:
Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a credit card was reported in the 1100 block of Eichelberger Street.

1448:
Eric Cox, age 33 of no fixed address, and Katelin Calp, age 28 of Westminster, MD, were both arrested for outstanding warrants in the 400 block of Broadway.  Calp was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department, while Cox was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1511:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2050:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at High Street and W. Elm Avenue.  A 2017 Subaru Legacy operated by Wesley Minor, of McSherrystown, struck a 2013 Nissan Altima operated by a Thomasville, PA juvenile.

0038:
Missing person was reported in the 100 block of Third Street involving a 13 year old runaway juvenile who was later located.

0832:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where several subjects shoplifted beverages the previous evening.

0950:
Disturbance involving a disorderly patron was reported at a business in the 300 block of York Street.

1357:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 100 block of E. Middle Street.  A 2009 Toyota Camry operated by Daisy Santos, of Gettysburg, struck a 2010 Ford Escape operated by Judith McKim, of Hanover.

1616:
Lorie Beltran, age 61 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1754:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Moul and Ridge Avenues.  A 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe operated by Aalyha Santos, of York, struck a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban operated by Madelyn Kuhn, of Hanover.

Domestic argument occurring between a grandmother and granddaughter was reported in the 200 block of Clearview Road.

Disturbance involving three disorderly male subjects and shots being fired was reported in the 300 block of Poplar Street.  Investigation continues.

Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between several subjects was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2201:
Suspicious male subject who reportedly chased a juvenile earlier in the evening was reported in the 100 block of Moul Avenue.
