0922:
Fraud involving an access device related scam reported in the 400 block of Broadway.

1041:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident at Charles Street and Allegheny Avenue. A 2014 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Cecelia Dubs, of Hanover, struck a 2012 Ford Escape operated by Karrie Kepley, of Hanover.

Retail theft reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. Investigation continues.

Retail theft reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. Investigation continues.

Theft of a scooter reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street. Investigation continues.

Suspicious persons reported loitering in the first block of E. Hanover Street were gone before police were called.
