On October 25th, 2023, at approximately 2243 hours, an officer observed a motor vehicle code traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. The officer determined there was probable cause a controlled substance was within the vehicle. During the consent search, the officer located 28 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Subsequently, charges were filed.
