On July 8, 2023 around 3:42 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to the Capital City Mall for a non-active retail theft. About forty minutes prior, the four pictured males all carrying backpacks stole $265 worth of boxer shorts from Footlocker. The males were last seen running out of the mall and getting into a gray Dodge Charger.

Anyone who recognizes these males or anyone with information about this theft is asked to contact the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
