On July 21, 2023 at approximately 10:29 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the Sheetz Store, located at 1158 River Rd, East Donegal Township for a report of a female that was passed out behind the wheel of a parked vehicle.  Officers identified the female to be Alicia SPARROW and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol and controlled substance.  SPARROW was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
