Benjamin was arrested and charged for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, and corruption of minors following an incident reported in the first block of N. Railroad Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff's Department for further disposition.
