The Hanover Township Police Department arrested JAMES MILLER following a report of multiple shots being fired on South Main St. in Askam.

MILLER was taken into custody and transported to the Hanover Twp. Police Headquarters.

A Search Warrant for MILLER’s residence was obtained and executed with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police Forensic Services Unit. Various items were seized in connection with this investigation.

MILLER was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment.

No injuries were sustained as a result of the shooting.
