Cerick Seibles, 23, of Rankin, was arrested Tuesday evening by members of the Pennsylvania State Police.
A known individual helped troopers and undercover officers set up the drug transaction with Seibles in the parking lot of the fast-food restaurant off of Route 22 in Salem Township.
Upon exiting his vehicle at the predetermined location, state police said prepackaged bricks of suspected fentanyl were seen falling out of the pocket of Seibles' shorts.
