On June 26, 2023, a Pocono Township Police Officer was contacted by the victim through Crimewatch, to make a report about her credit card being illegally used to make several purchases.  The victim advised that on May 10, 2023, she was hanging out with Michelle S Henderson, the defendant a 39-year-old female from East Stroudsburg, at her residence.  At some point while she was at the residence, Henderson took her credit card information, put it on her Door Dash account and ordered Wendy's.  

The next day, the victim observed that the charge from Door Dash was made to her credit card, and she confronted Henderson about the charge. Henderson admitted to using the card information but did not indicate how she got the information.

On June 13, 2023, the victim observed 3 more charges on her credit card from Doordash purchases all made in the Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg area.  The officer submitted a search warrant to Doordash for the credit card information regarding the purchases.  Doordash provided the officer with the records, which showed that the victim's credit card was used by Henderson's Doordash account to make the purchases.

On July 13, 2023, the officer secured an arrest warrant for Henderson for felony fraud and access device fraud charges.  On August 8, 2023, Henderson was picked up on the arrest warrant at the Monroe County Probation office, where she was checking in with her probation officer.  Henderson was taken in front of Magisterial District Judge Kresge and arraigned on her charges.
