On July 20, 2023 at approximately 1002 a.m. an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 1100 Block River Rd, East Donegal Township.  The driver was identified as David MUNZ and he did have in his possession a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  MUNZ was arrested for the drug violation and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
