John Bertrand, age 25 of New Oxford, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Minor injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Doss Alley and an unnamed alley. A pedalcycle ridden by Todd Noel, of Hanover, struck a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Ralph Mummert, of Hanover.
