On Saturday, February 20, 2016 around 10:45PM West Shore Regional Police was dispatched to Championship on Market Street in Lemoyne Borough for a non-active fight.  Officer(s) arrived to learn that 19-year-old Donald William MORGAN, III of the 1st Block of Annette Drive, Enola struck two (2) victims in the face at the establishment and then fled the scene.  Officers later took MORGAN, III into custody without incident.

MORGAN, III was transported to Cumberland County Prison and arraigned on two (2) counts of Simple Assault.  MORGAN, III was arraigned by MDJ Fegley (On-Call MDJ) and bail was set at $20,000.00.  MORGAN, III was then committed to Cumberland County Prison.
