On June 22, 2023, Palmyra Borough Police were notified of an incident of harassment that occurred at the intersection of South Locust and West Cherry Streets, Palmyra, PA, 17078.  The incident was reported to have occurred at approximately 1445 hours.  The victim advised that he was followed, pushed, and slapped by another subject.  The subject was identified as James Mitchell Davis Jr., out of Palmyra.  

     On June 26, 2023, a non-traffic citation was filed with District Judge Garver's office charging Davis Jr. with one count of Harassment - Physical Contact, which is a summary violation.
