On 26 June 2023, Timothy Allen turned himself into the Lancaster City Police Station.

On June 17th, 2023 just before 3:00 AM, members of the Lancaster City Bureau of Police responded to the 600 block of N Plum Street in response to a shooting. Officers responded to find a 27-year-old female deceased of an apparent gunshot wound. Shortly after locating the first victim, officers were notified that there were two additional adult victims at a local hospital, each with non-fatal gunshot-related injuries.
Detectives are actively working on the investigation and from their findings thus far, there appears to be no danger to the public.

**UPDATE**
Through the course of the investigation, The Bureau of Police was able to identify the suspect in the shooting as Timothy Allen, 20, of Lancaster. Allen was charged by Detective Austin Krause with Criminal Homicide, one count of Criminal Attempt Criminal Homicide, one count of Aggravated Assault, ten counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and one count of Carrying a Firearm without a License before MDJ Lefever. A warrant has been issued for Allen's arrest. Allen's whereabouts are currently unknown at this time.

The Bureau of Police is now able to confirm the identity of the deceased victim, Amdrella Cartel, 27 years of age, a resident of the City of Lancaster. We extend our deepest sympathies to Amdrella's family and ask for the continued support of our community to bring Mr. Allen into police custody.
This investigation is still ongoing and updates will be provided at a later time. All persons accused of committing a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
