SPIDR Tech is a fully automated system that provides crime victims with pertinent information and updates about their cases or incident via text message or email.
Providing quality services is paramount to the work the York City Police Department does daily. After a police event or investigation, SPIDR Tech collects feedback about a caller’s experience with the police department through mobile-friendly surveys comprised of questions that can be utilized to measure community trust and satisfaction.
Crime victims will receive customized updates ensuring they are informed not only through the initial police contact but also when the case is assigned to a detective and as the investigation progresses. After the police event or investigation, callers can expect a survey link to gather feedback on the person’s experience. SPIDR Tech’s messaging is also available in Spanish.
