Hazardous Condition
Patrol responded to Almshouse and Joshua Roads for a report of a tree down in the roadway. Upon arriving, Patrol found a tree down and blocking the westbound lane of Almshouse Road. Patrol setup flares and called DPW to move the tree out of the roadway.
Juveniles
Patrol responded to a parking lot on 2nd Street Pike for a report of 30 juveniles in the parking lot with bullhorns. Upon arrival Patrol found several different groups hanging out in the parking lot, who advised a truck with the bull horn had just left. The juveniles were advised the area was posted with no loitering signs and left without issue.
Found Property
An anonymous complainant came into headquarters with found property. They found a set of keys attached to a zippered pouch near Sherwood Drive. Property was secured in a property locker.

Drug Possession
While on patrol, Officers stopped a vehicle for motor vehicle violations. Through investigation the driver was found to have outstanding warrants from Bucks County and Montgomery County. The driver was placed under arrest. Subsequent investigation found the driver was in possession of controlled substances. The driver was processed on the outstanding warrants and transported to Bucks County Prison.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Bustleton Pike and Lower Holland Road for a report a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on Bustleton Pike and failed to stop at the stop sign and struck Unit #2 who was making a left onto Lower Holland road. Neither vehicle required a tow and no injuries were reported.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse and Hatboro Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #2 was traveling on Almshouse Road attempting to turn onto Hatboro Road, making a wide turn when Unit #1 came up on right attempting to go straight when they were struck by Unit #2. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and did not require a tow. No injuries were reported.
Attempted Fraud
Patrol received a phone call from a Complainant reporting possible fraud at a gas station in the township. Complainant states they purchased gas earlier in the day, and then later received an email stating someone tried to charge a large amount at the same gas station. Complainant checking their account and found no charge attempts. Patrol advised Complainant they needed to come into headquarters to file an official complaint, but in the meantime should freeze their account. Detectives went to the gas station and did not find any skimming devices.
Disturbance
Patrol responded to a business on 2nd Street Pike for a report of loud music coming from their parking lot. When Patrol arrived, the parking lot was checked and no music was found playing.

Found Property
A township resident came into headquarters to turn in an empty 9mm Smith & Wesson Magazine found on their property. They did not find anything else near it. It will be held for thirty days and then destroyed.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Stallion Circle and Spruce Drive for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was at a stop sign and was turning right onto Stallion Circle when they struck Unit #2, who was traveling on Stallion Circle. Unit #1 was towed from the scene, no injuries were reported.
Fire
Patrol responded to a dwelling fire of a camper on Lower Holland Road, the neighboring home was evacuated. Northampton Township Fire Department was able to extinguish the fire. Investigation to the fire’s origins continue.

Theft
Patrol responded to Carol Lane for a report of a theft. Complainant states that they ordered a stroller from Amazon that was allegedly delivered on May 16, 2023, even though the Complainant was not home and did not provide the six-digit code for delivery. Amazon will not replace or refund Complainant without a police report.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to E. Bristol Road and Bustleton Pike for a report of two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was stopped at the stop sign on Bustleton Pike attempting to turning on to E. Bristol Road when they struck Unit #2 who was traveling on Bristol Road. Both the driver and passenger of Unit #1 were transported to St. Mary Medical Center by EMS. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Fireworks
Patrol responded to Deer Path Drive for a report of fireworks. Complainant states the fireworks are in the area of Frog Hollow Road. Patrol checked and found the source. The individual was advised of the prohibition of fireworks within 150 feet of a structure. The individual is new to the area and was not aware of the rules.

Found Property
Patrol responded to Hatboro Road for a report of found property. Complainant states that they found a small purse which contained identification and cash. Patrol was able to identify and locate the owner through the contents, and the purse was returned to its owner.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to a Bustleton Pike for a report of two-vehicle accident. Unit #2 was stopped for a traffic light when the driver of Unit #1 accidently let their foot slip off of the brake and struck Unit #2 in the rear. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and did not require a tow. No injuries were reported.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to 2nd Street Pike for an accident, involving a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle stated they were coming from the shopping center and not sure how but ended up on the other side of the road. The driver was transported to St. Mary Medical Center and motorcycle was towed from the scene.
Information Reported
Patrol responded to Linden Road for a report of someone screaming for help. Complainant states they hear someone screaming for help. Patrol checked the residence and found a property owner on the floor of their home near the front the door. The owner had fallen sometime ago and had been yelling for help. The owner was transported to St. Mary Medical Center.
Fraud
Patrol responded to Glenfield Drive for a report of Fraud. Complainant states that they were alerted to charges being made on their credit card which they did not make. The Complainant immediately contacted the credit card company who voided the charges and closed the card. Complainant was advised to contact the credit bureaus.
Disturbance
Patrol responded to Redwood Drive for multiple reports of a loud house party. Patrol made contact with the owner who indicated they had rented their pool on Airbnb. It was only supposed to be approximately 50 people. Patrol found the social media advertising for the party, giving parking and shuttle information for the party. Patrol had the party disburse the neighborhood as well as the parking area. The neighborhood was left with trash throughout.
