The Hanover Township Police Department Commercial Motor Carrier Inspection Officer received a complaint regarding a Commercial Motor Vehicle operating with a handwritten cardboard registration plate. The vehicle was located, stopped and a full Level 1 inspection was conducted. During the inspection, 14 violations were noted, one of which included failing to correct defects noted on a previous inspection report; 11 citations were issued and there were 3 out of service vehicle violations, which placed the vehicle out of service.
