Sexual Assault by Sports Official, Volunteer or Employee of non-profit association § 3124.3 (a) Felony 3– Three Counts

Unlawful Contact with Minor§ 6318 (a)(1) – Felony 2 – Four Counts

Corruption of Minors § 6301 (a) (1) (ii) Felony 3 – Four Counts

Indecent Assault § 3126 (a) (1) Misdemeanor 2 – Thirteen Counts

Indecent Exposure § 3127 Misdemeanor 1 – Three Counts 

In March 2023, the New Cumberland Police Department began an investigation into a series of sexual assaults involving Hogue as the perpetrator. The subsequent investigation revealed multiple victims of Hogue.

Warrants were obtained for the aforementioned charges and Hogue was arrested without incident on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 1130 hours.

Hogue was arraigned on the charges and bail was set at $75,000.  Hogue was released after posting bail.
